Synopsis:

On the 21st of June, the students of MBA 2020-22 and faculty members of SIIB attended an event conducted by the PR and Media team/Mr. Dipen Paul. Every year, the International Day of Yoga is celebrated around the world to inculcate the habit of healthy living.

The objective of the process was to take a pledge to encourage participants to inculcate the habit of living a healthy lifestyle. Several disadvantages of a sedentary lifestyle were highlighted to increase awareness about the importance a healthy body. The students of SIIB even attended an online session organised by Symbiosis International University (SIU) in which various asanas were taught. A Yoga session was also conducted for the staff which took place following all social distancing measures. SIIB took charge of this initiative with the student and faculty body taking part in this event.

The students of SIIB were proud to be a part of this process, setting a positive mind-set for the progress and development of the nation and being a part of such a great initiative.
